SAMPLE 3 COURSE MENU

Starter
Trio of tomatoes

  • Pressed tomato and olive tian with parmesan crisp
  • Chilled bloody mary with celery salt served in a shot glass
  • Tomato tatin with baby basil and balsamic jelly

Main course
Slow braised shoulder of spring lamb, pink roasted rolled leg of lamb, with a light rosemary broth and olive oil mash, braised baby vegetables, saffron glazed shallots, rosemary foam and crusted suet dumplings.

Vegetarian option
Spring vegetable mille feuille, with white vegetable mash, carrot puree, glazed carrots, mixed herb salad, madeira and cream emulation and herb oil with a parmesan froth.

Dessert
Tonka bean brulee, strawberry shortbread mille fuille, strawberry compote & strawberry tuille
