City of Westminster Lunch Menu

The menu was a perfect match for this “thank you lunch” to all the sponsors of West End Live.

The starter was Leek and potato soup with poached hen’s egg and welsh rarebit croute, followed by the main of Pink bream Escabeche with Ratte potatoes, glazed baby carrots and orange.  The vegetarian option was Butternut squash ravioli, puree of Jerusalem artichoke, confit cherry tomato, sweet potato crisps, limoncello foam, herb oil and sweet baby basil.

Last but not least was a magnificent dessert of Grilled mango with chilli syrup, vanilla ice cream, chocolate snaps and chilli chocolate sauce
