Apple and Ginger Mojito

A jug for 10 people

Ingredients

1 Litre of freshly pressed apple juice
1 Can ginger beer (330ml)
Dash of elderflower cordial
350ml of rum
Bunch of mint
4 Limes (cut into chunks)

Method

  1. Take 10 tall tumblers and muddle (mash) together the 5 chunks of lime and 8 sprigs of fresh mint leaves in each glass separately. Add 35ml (1 ½ shots) of rum to each, topped with crushed ice. 
  2. In a separate jug mix together the apple juice, elderflower cordial and ginger beer. 
  3. Pour this mixture into the iced tumblers and pull up the lime & mint to the top of the glass and serve with 2 straws – enjoy!
