Berrylicious Bubbles

Ingredients:

Assortment of berries, such as blackberries, raspberries, blueberries (or whatever is available)
A dash of kirsch, cherry liqueur or blackcurrant liqueur
Sparkling wine

Method:

  1. Blend half of the berries with the liqueur.
  2. Place the rest of the berries in the bottom of champagne flutes.
  3. Pour the liqueur and berry mix into the glass followed by the sparkling wine.
